Reservation &
Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations:

- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- A deposit of 30% of the total course or activity cost is required at the time of booking to secure your
spot.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be valid.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded, except in cases of medical
emergencies, in which case an official medical report must be provided.
- If a medical report is provided, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit or to reschedule
the activity at no additional cost.

3. No-Shows:
- In case of a no-show without prior notification, the full deposit will be forfeited.
 

4. Fines for Damages or Loss of Equipment:
- Any damage to or loss of the diving equipment provided by the company will result in a fine covering
the full cost of repair or replacement of the damaged or lost equipment.
- The company will assess the damage and provide a detailed report with the associated costs.

5. Refunds for Failing the Pool Session:
- If the participant does not pass the pool session in the Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) course or any
other course, a maximum of 40% of the course fee will be refunded.
- The refund will be calculated based on the total course cost minus administrative and operational
expenses incurred up to that point.

6. Personal Belongings:
- We are not responsible for lost items during diving services or items left in our instructors' vehicles.
- We recommend that you avoid bringing unnecessary devices or items that are not required for the
activity.

7.  Exchange Rates: 

The price of the tour is set in Mexican pesos and the exchange rate for your home currency will vary.
